Great location close to public transportation and convenient to get around. The rooms were clean and spacious. I appreciated the helpful staff, particularly the front desk attendant who was always willing to assist.
My stay was not without problems. The TV remote was unresponsive which made it difficult to use and disrupted my evening relaxation.

Good location in the heart of the city, with restaurants and shopping centers nearby. the hotel staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. the complimentary breakfast was also a great touch and offered a good variety of options. We especially appreciated the complimentary toiletries in the room.
The WiFi connection was a bit spotty and required constant logging in. the noise from the ongoing construction on the second floor was a bit disruptive at times.

We loved the hotel's central location close to the bus terminal and shopping mall. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and substantial. Room amenities like the grooming kit, extra pillow, and minibar options were appreciated.

The location is perfect for those who want to explore nearby attractions such as Donsol, thanks to its proximity to the bus station. the hotel is adjacent to a large mall, which is super convenient for shopping and dining. the service is friendly and attentive, with the housekeeping team offering fast assistance. the bathroom is spotless, and the room has comfortable beds and a large TV.
There is a need for improvement in terms of the Wi-Fi. Despite being there, the connectivity is a little weak and tends to disconnect often.
